LG-X Fuel Conditioner Series:

The heart of Algae-X technology is the continuous in line conditioners installed as part of the fuel supply system on diesel engines. Simply by running the engine, fuel is continuously conditioned, for engines up to 3700kW.


Today's modern diesel engines demand optimim quality diesel fuel, anything less will result in costly consequences. Guaranteed effects of poor quality diesel fuel include: Blocked Filters, Dammage to Fuel Pumps, Injectors, Turbo-Chargers and unnecessary Engine Wear. Poor Quality fuel also results in higher emissions and fuel consumption coupled with power loss and down time.

Mobile Cleaning Unit:

Once contaminant accumulates in a tank it will continue to contaminate any fuel that passes through it. Mobile Tank Cleaning Systems [MTC] recondition, stabilize and decontaminate diesel, biofuels, light oils and hydralic fluid. They remove water, sediment and sludge that naturally accumalate in tanks. MTC's are compact, heavy duty, multi-stage industrial systems, for long term reliable service. They clean tanks and restore fuel to its " Clear & Bright " pristine condition without entering the tank.


AXI's standard MTC systems cover a wide range of flow rates for a variety of tank sizes. In the initial stages of the tank cleaning process, while removing free water and sludge from the tank, MTC's do not use any consumables. Only in the final stage, will the MTC use fine filter or water-blocking filter elements to dry the fuel and remove emulsified water.
